Cancellation Policy

One Month plan is non refundable due to once the block booking of courts are made, charges apply if you attend or not we still have to pay the court fees. 3 Month plan must be cancelled 2 months in advance to be eligible for a refund of remaining all sessions. 6 Month plan Must be cancelled 3 months in advance to be eligible for a refund of remaining all sessions. 9 Month plan must be cancelled 3 Months in advance to be eligible for a refund of remaining all sessions. Any Transactions fees will be deducted from the refund amounts. Any pending session cost will be deducted in case of cancellation. In the event of Club suspending your membership mid term the club will refund any remaining session costs minus 2 session cost max of £24 at any given time to cover court fees. Club has the right to revoke or suspend any membership due to player misconduct. If the Club as not added a player to the playing list for a session due to performance or player rotation, that session cost will be refunded to the player or carried forward. Terms and Condition may be updated by the Club at Any time.
