Cancellation Policy

All plans are non refundable. Late payments will be charged at visitor fee amount of £13 per session. Any Transactions fees will be deducted from the refund amounts. In case of membership cancelation mid term, court fees and transactions fees will be deducted from the refund amount. In the event of Club suspending your membership mid term the club will refund any remaining session costs minus 2 session cost max of £24 at any given time to cover court fees. Club has the right to revoke or suspend any membership due to player misconduct. If the Club as not added a player to the playing list for a session due to performance or player rotation, that session cost will be refunded to the player or carried forward. Terms and Condition may be updated by the Club at any time.
